Do I need to make an appointment to view the space?

Yes, please! We want all our potential renters to have the opportunity to tour privately and ask us any questions they may have!

How many guests can I invite?

Our venue seats up to 122 guests! This amount leaves ample room for a large dance floor!

Are tables and chairs provided?

Yes!

Can I select all my own vendors?

Yes!!! We want you to be able to completely customize your day!

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes! However alcohol MUST be served by an insured bartender.

Do you provide catering?

No, we allow our renters to outsource so they can select their favorite!

Do you provide table linens and centerpieces?

Loft 1884 is a facility rental only. Our type of facility rental gives you control over your budget and special day! If you want to keep your wedding as cost-effective as you want, you can do so. If you want to make it more expensive, you can do so! It is your special day — make it exactly how you envisioned!

Do you have a stair lift?

Yes we do! It has a 300 pound maximum weight limit.

When is our wedding rehearsal?

The Thursday evening before your wedding, you will have 1-hour for your rehearsal. Available time slots are typically 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Loft 1884 can be flexible if another time is needed.)

Do we need day of special event insurance?

Yes, this typically costs between $150-$225 depending on the type of event and number of guests and also covers you for liquor liability as well, through wedsafe.com. (This is a little extra peace-of-mind on your wedding day in case your guests do any damage etc.)

Are there any nearby hotels?

Yes! We have 3 hotels within a 13 minute drive.

Do you have any vendor recommendations?

Yes! If you choose to book with Loft 1884, we will provide a preferred vendors list, along with a helpful checklist.

Do you have AC & heat?

Yes we do!

Does Loft 1884 staff assist with set up and tear down?

A floor plan will be prepared for you in advance with your guidance and approval. Our staff will set up tables and chairs according to your floor plan before your arrival. Set up and tear down of all linens and decor are the renters responsibility.

Where can we take beautiful photos nearby?

There are so many amazing photo opportunities within walking distance!

Can guests leave their vehicles overnight?

Yes they can! We notify the police department that we are having an event and cars may be left, so the police know not to ticket any vehicles left overnight.

How many restrooms do you have?

We have 3 restrooms!
