In April of 2021, Jared, Justin, Jacob and (me) Ashley (siblings from NE Ohio!) took the leap and purchased a historic Opera House! With the vision to revitalize it into a Wedding & Event Venue! What was once a space covered in wallpaper, green carpet, pink carpet and even more wallpaper… was transformed by us over the next two years! From all the timeless design details, to making sure every inch served a functional purpose, so that our renters could have the best experience while they celebrate some of life’s most precious moments at Loft 1884.

This would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the encouragement from our parents, spouses, family and friends. Our parents have always jumped in to help wherever needed and have spent many long days and nights with us making Loft 1884 feel like home. We absolutely love being a part of the Village of Lodi community and are so blessed to have this opportunity to share this stunning piece of history with all of you!
